All she ever wanted to do was to eat sauce . It was her best food yet she hardly ate it twice a year .
Economy of the country made it hard to get, so she had to stand at the corner of the road watching the customers come and go, they had the most expensive sauce and the lessed priced one which was tasteless, that was all she wanted, once, she fell sick and got to eat it but that was a long time ago.
Now, she craved it badly, she was sick, broke and school was about to start, she wasn’t even sure she had all her materials ready.
Yet,
She didn’t understand why her mom couldn’t get her the tasteless sauce, whereas she bought the expensive one for the last born every week, neither did her friends, relatives nor the nurse who promised her was sauce
“You bunch of lazy bag of bones, what use will be of you, you will be much better off without it, disgrace you”.
Her mom once said to her.
So, in the middle of a hot airy afternoon, she went to the car wreck and broke down…
